How many days after ordering will I get my product?
Inside Dhaka it usually takes 24 hours and 2–3 working days for other districts. Once the order is confirmed, tracking details are sent by SMS.
What if the product is fake or has a problem?
Every product is shipped authentic and with warranty. If it does not match its description or has a technical problem, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and it will be replaced free of charge. Full refund if proven counterfeit.
What payment options are available?
Every method enabled at checkout is shown. With cash on delivery you can inspect the product and then pay; if you choose mobile banking, our team will send you the send-money number.
Will the product pair easily with my phone?
Yes — but only for Bluetooth audio (earbuds and speakers). Any Android or iPhone with Bluetooth 5.0 or above works. Before delivery we switch on and check every unit.
How do I get the warranty?
Everything we sell carries 6 months to 1 year of warranty depending on the brand. The original warranty card and cash memo come in the box, and with those you can get service from the brand’s service centre.
